    Yes.  RMS Quality Services provides a pick up and delivery service throughout the Tri State areas: Southeastern Wisconsin, Chicago and Northwestern Indiana.

  • Does RMS Quality Services sell new gauges and equipment?

  • Does RMS Quality Services go onsite to locations and companies?

    Yes.  RMS Quality Services has a fleet of service vehicles and technicians equipped for onsite services.  Some equipment can only be serviced onsite.  At the time your job is quoted, it will be determined what equipment and gauges will be calibrated onsite or in lab.

  • What is RMS Quality Services turn around time?

    RMS Quality Services turnaround on gauges and instruments is 3 to 5 in lab.  On occasion, items requiring repair may possibly extend the turnaround time.  In these circumstances, customers will be contacted from a member of our customer service team.
