RMS History:  Rick Kincade opened RMS Quality Services in January, 1996 with an extensive background in Quality, a strong work ethic and desire to help manufacturers, and a CMM.  Rick has over 35 years in quality service including experience in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, Quality Control, Calibration, Metrology, SPC, GD&T, DOE, APQP, PPAP, ISIR, Gage R&R, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9100, ISO 13485 and more.

With 2 past employers as his first customers and operating out of the first RMS location at 6535 N. Hwy 31, Rick and his son grew the business to the point of having to find a larger building. After 2 years the business moved to 5720 Taylor Ave. With customers numbering in the hundreds, RMS Quality Services again found it necessary to relocate. The move in 2003 to its current location in Sturtevant, WI was the last address change, but not the last resizing. In January of 2007 RMS Quality Services took over another suite—doubling its physical size—to keep up with the growth.

In April 2008 Rick added ‘Staffing and Recruiting’ to the list of services RMS Quality Services would offer to its customers. Due to the demand in that area, along with a desire to focus more on some services that had been offered for several years, Rick reorganized and along with John Ehrhart formed RMS Management Services. RMS Management Services was incorporated on January 25, 2008 and is currently leasing space in the same building as RMS Quality Services.

RMS Quality Services Today:  Currently RMS operates from a 6300 square foot facility including 4 labs, 1 controlled to 68 degrees +/-1 degree F, is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and employs over 20 quality professionals. The staff services many hundreds of  customers across 26 states offering Calibration Management Programs; Gage and Instrument Calibration and Repair Services (including on-line customer access); Gage and Instrument Sales and Service; Inspection Services both Dimensional and Visual.

RMS Management Services Today: Maintaining the same high customer-focused values of RMS Quality Services, the fledgling company offers Staffing and Recruiting for ‘Quality’ positions as well as other functions; Quality System Management Programs; Inspection and Sorting; Quality Related Training; Six Sigma Training and Quality System Consulting: ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO/IEC 17025, TS 16949, ISO 27000; and Quality System Auditing.
